He has also previously founded, grown and sold a boutique Accounting and Finance recruitment business in London. Rob has partnered with some of the leading professional services and commercial organisations in the UK to help them identify, recruit and secure individuals to develop their high performing Finance functions.

Ed has 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including ten years in which he specialised in corporate and structured finance. He trained as a Chartered Accountant - qualifying in 2000 - after which he focused on preparing ambitious companies for stock market Initial Public Offerings. Ed made the move from professional practice in 2007 and joined a high-profile commercial business in central London. In this role, he was part of a highly-qualified team of professionals leading an exceptional Finance function.

Sam Targett had a successful track record in Financial Recruitment with a leading firm earlier in her career. She currently holds a CDI Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, a CDI Certificate in Careers Leadership and a BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She advises individuals and leading schools in careers and acts as a trusted advisor to Shorebrook Partners.
